*24-hour Cancellation Policy
We request that you please give our office a 24 hour notice in the event that you
need to reschedule your appointment. This allows other patients to be scheduled
into that appointment. It also makes it possible to reschedule your appointment
more efficiently. If a patient misses an appointment without contacting our office,
this is considered a missed appointment and you will be charged 50% of the fee for
that service. You will also be charged 50% of the fee for an appointment you miss
without cancelling 24 hours in advance.
