Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

    Serves 2
  • 1 ½ cups brussel sprouts, sliced in ½
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp honey, drizzled
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Put brussel sprouts in a bowl.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients on top and toss until brussel sprouts are evenly coated.
4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread brussel sprouts onto tray.
5. Bake covered for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until browned and tender. Uncover for last 10-15 minutes. Drizzle 1 tbsp soy sauce and/or honey before serving.
